Lawrence M. Beane Esq.

Attorney Beane is also a graduate of the Massachusetts School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1999.  Mr. Beane had previously obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Westfield State College in 1987.  Mr. Beane has been at the firm now for over a decade and is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.

 

Prior to becoming admitted to the bar in 1999, Mr. Beane law clerked for Geary & Geary in Lowell, MA and Manzi & McCann in Lawrence, MA.  Mr. Beane also obtained a substantial background in the business world prior to becoming an attorney.

 

Attorney Beane’s practice is also concentrated in civil litigation, business law and real estate law.  He regularly represents businesses and individuals in a wide array of civil litigation matters including personal injury, land use and business matters through trial.  Mr. Beane also counsels start up and ongoing business ventures both large and small.  Moreover, Mr. Beane provides buyer, seller and lender representation to a multitude of law firm clientele on residential and commercial real estate transactions.   After a decade in the trenches, Attorney Beane is a very experienced and skilled attorney in the same fields of law Attorney Nicosia practices in.  A sampling of his professional accomplishments today is very similar to that of Attorney Nicosia.

 

Mr. Beane partakes in the same Massachusetts based bar associations with Attorney Nicosia and is an authorized Title Insurance Agent with First American.  He is also involved in certain civic organizations in the City of Lowell, Massachusetts.
