INTRODUCTION
A product of the Massachusetts School of Law and Plymouth State College,
I joined this law firm (then known as Boudreau & Associates) as
a Law Clerk in 1992. Simultaneously, I was serving as the Judicial Clerk
for the Justices in Malden District Court, Malden, Massachusetts. In
1994, I became an Associate Attorney with the firm. In 1997, I became
Vice President and Minority Shareholder (under the prior name Boudreau
& Nicosia, P.C.). In 1999, I became President and Sole Shareholder
of this law firm. To date, I remain the full owner and Managing Attorney
of the firm.
The bulk of my specific practice is concentrated in complex state and
federal civil litigation. My litigation practice emphasizes personal
injury, business and municipal matters in Massachusetts, New Hampshire
and Maine. However, my practice is also concentrated in all aspects
of residential and commercial real estate transactions as well as general
corporate representation for small and large businesses.
