Attorney Theresa M. Spearing is a graduate of Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree and her Masters in Intellectual Property Law specializing in copyright and trademark law. Ms. Spearing is also a certified mediator for Intellectual Property and Commercial Disputes.

Attorney Spearing received her Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Political Science from Rivier College in Nashua, New Hampshire.

As well as being admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, Ms. Spearing is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court of Massachusetts. Additionally, Ms. Spearing is a Notary Public in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
