Attorney Theresa M. Spearing is a graduate of Franklin Pierce Law Center

and her Masters in Intellectual Property Law specializing in copyright
and trademark law. Ms. Spearing is also a certified mediator for Intellectual
Property and Commercial Disputes.
Attorney Spearing received her Bachelor of Arts degree in History with
a minor in Political Science from Rivier College in Nashua, New Hampshire.
As well as being admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, Ms. Spearing

Massachusetts. Additionally, Ms. Spearing is a Notary Public in New
